Sue was born into an Air Force family. In her youth, she lived in Maine, New Hampshire, Upstate NY, and Arizona. She embraced the idea of moving and new adventures. It's no wonder she would eventually gravitate towards real estate. Prior to becoming a realtor in 2005, Sue was a software engineer for 20 years. She became a realtor just prior to the crash of 2007, when hoards of realtors were getting out of the business. Sue built her database by connecting with people, listening to their wants and needs, and always doing the right thing, whether it took a month or a year. 95% of Sue's business is based on referrals. She is well versed in assisting first time home buyers and sellers, move up buyers and sellers, out of state buyers, and retirees.    

In 2015, Sue's husband Chuck left his corporate job as a budget analyst of 30 years to join Sue full-time as a realtor. Chuck was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Both Sue and Chuck are detail oriented people and will always go the extra mile for their clients. They have walked dogs in the rain during home inspections when their sellers couldn't make other arrangements, coordinated full clean outs of homes bequeathed to adult children, and raked leaves for hours in preparation of the professional photography the next day when the out of town sellers could not as a few examples.    

Sue and Chuck focus their time on staying current on market conditions, statistics, housing inventory, as well as continuing education. It's their job to be the best advocates they can be for their clients. They strive to treat every client like family. It is their goal to exceed your expectations by 110%!
