My Real Estate career started after 25 years as President for one of the largest and most successful Construction and Event Rental Contractors on the east coast. I created a full-service business, heavily focused on Customer Service and value, with a goal of giving every client a "stress-free" experience that was memorable and far superior to anything my competition could deliver.
Through a lot of hard work and word of mouth over a short period of time, I was able to take a small, two-city business with less than 10 people to roughly 100 employees and offices up and down the east coast from Maine to Georgia. We quickly became the "go to" company for major events throughout the U.S. and dominated our industry, handling some of the largest and most notable large-scale events ever held on U.S. soil.
After a great run, the business was sold and I quickly switched my focus towards my second passion - Real Estate. I've always had an affection for the Real Estate world, having studied the business for years, handling several land purchases (both commercial & residential), investing, managing new construction, vacation rentals and more. I was also fortunate at that time to be introduced to the largest and most prestigious Real Estate firm on the planet, Keller Williams and a fast-rising, winning team, The ML Real Estate Team. With my experience in Real Estate over the years, negotiations on big contract deals and a mastery of what it takes to deliver a first-class "Client Experience" on every deal, the transition to Real Estate was relatively easy. Whether negotiating highly desired properties somewhere in the DMV or connecting with our partners on Real Estate deals across the country, I continue helping friends and clients navigate the complex steps of accomplishing their goals in Real Estate and WIN!
