Working with the ML Real Estate Group is actually my third career change. I was born in Brooklyn, NY and spent my childhood and early adult life on Long Island. After graduation from the University of Dayton, I went onto pursue a career in the fashion industry. With two small children, I was looking for a change and joined the faculty of St. Paul VI Catholic High School where I served among other things as a fashion marketing teacher. I eventually went back to school and earned a MS in Curriculum and Administration. I spent the good part of 20 years serving as the Assistant Principal for Admissions and Student Life. During this time I was lucky to work with hundreds of incredible parents, students and co-workers. This prepared well to more on to the world of real estate. One of these very exceptional people was Matt Leiva, our boy’s varsity soccer coach. I developed a deep respect for Matt’s tenacity, creativity and work ethic. When it was time to sell my own home, Matt was the obvious choice.
I can not imagine working for any other team than the ML Real Estate Group. The greatest thing about a career in education was always being able to help students aspire to reach their dreams. My goal is to be able to continue to do this same thing for all of my clients. Along with my responsibilities as an agent, I assumed the role as Director of Client Care. This position has given me the opportunity to interact with hundreds of our clients and help advance the overall mission of our team.
My husband Bill and I currently live in Centreville where we are enjoying our beautiful new home that Matt Leiva had a huge hand in helping us to build. Currently my greatest joy in life is spending time here and in Fort Lauderdale with our 4 grandchildren.
