About Matt Leiva

Matt Leiva is the CEO of the ML Real Estate Group and a member of Keller Williams Luxury International. Matt was born in Madrid Spain and grew up in New England. After playing collegiate soccer Matt moved to the Northern Virginia area. For years he coached soccer at a high level, both travel and high school. Combining his love of sports and his entrepreneurial mindset, he began various businesses associated with youth sports. In 2017 driven by his interest in the housing market Matt decided to get his real estate license. Initially the idea was to sell a few homes for friends and family. In a short two years, with one transaction coordinator, Matt sold 30 homes and decided it was time to develop a real estate team. Currently the ML Real Estate group has 7 full-time agents, 4 operations staff, and 2 virtual assistants. In 2021 they sold 122 homes with sales volume exceeding $82 million. Matt has received multiple awards and has been recognized for various achievements. He has been featured in the Nova Real Producers Magazine Rising Star and 40 under 40, and Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Teams.
